- After breakfast, head to the Brazilian side of the Foz do Iguaçu Falls, which border the Iguaçu River Canyon. To say that this is a magnificent sight does not in any way express the emotions that you will be subject to. The waterfalls are located in a national park with unique flora and fauna. They arose as a result of a volcanic eruption and the displacement of the earth's strata. The name of the waterfalls means "big water" in Guaraní. 275 waterfalls, each with its own name, merge into one, crashing into the Devil's Throat Gorge. The sight of water spray in the halo of the rainbow spectrum is simply fascinating. On the way to the most powerful waterfall called "Devil's Throat" you will see many small waterfalls. Rainbow splashes, billions of drops of falling water and magnificent landscapes cause incomparable delight.
