- DAYS 8–9: Pantanal — Jaguar Tracking
- Two full days on the Cuiabá River dedicated to searching for jaguars and observing wildlife during private boat safaris. We will explore the most promising river sections and tributaries, enter narrow channels, and, when possible, venture into riverbank forests to observe birds and mammals. The main goal is to find jaguars and approach them as closely as possible. Sometimes the distance can be reduced to less than 10 meters (while strictly following safety rules and the guide’s instructions). An experienced naturalist guide will accompany you, greatly increasing the chances of successful sightings. In addition to jaguars, many other animals can be seen: caimans, iguanas, and giant otters bask on the banks, capybaras wander along the trails, and bright blue macaws soar above or perch in the trees.
