What you'll do on day 8
- Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day excursion to the Sugar Loaf with a guide. The first stop is the mountain Urca, with wide viewing area, where you can eat in a restaurant or have a drink at the bar. The mountain Sugar Loaf offers a beautiful view of Rio, Copacabana beach, the bay, the surrounding mountains, the islands in the ocean, bridge Niteroi, a statue of Christ. Then you will go by car to the central regions of the old Rio, where you can admire several ancient churches, monasteries, the main cathedral of the city, as well as buildings, built in colonial style.
- The afternoons are free to discover Rio at your own pace.
