- Depart Tirana early for North Macedonia. Visit St. Naum Monastery on the shores of Lake Ohrid, then explore UNESCO-listed Ohrid's historic streets and lakeside views. Continue via the charming village of Vevčani to Skopje for a guided city tour including the Old Bazaar and Stone Bridge. Overnight: Skopje.
